New Founders

Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step!

You’ve decided to set-up your own business and you have a vision for what you want to achieve. It’s an exciting time.

As a new business, there are two things we can help you with:

Your accounts. Know that your finances are in good hands from the get-go so you can focus on what makes your company unique. Discover our Core Accounting package.

SEIS or EIS schemes. If you’re going to be looking for external funding make sure you are eligible for these. They’ll allow your investors to reduce their risk when they buy shares in your company. Getting advance assurance from HMRC is a great incentive if investors know their money is protected by the government. Find out more about EIS & SEIS.

It may be too early in your journey for these steps, but make sure they’re on the to-do list!
